Experience Summary
Ray has an extensive background in delivering quality land and building developments involving electrical power, communications and NBN reticulation design and engineering solutions over a 25 year period within the Electrical field. His expertise extends into project management and the following services below;
Electrical Services
- Liaison with local supply authority for installation of site supply
- Design of main switchboard, meter panel and unit distribution boards
- Design of sub mains and site reticulation
- Design of power and lighting layouts include control
- Design and certification of emergency evacuation lighting and exit signage
- Design of external lighting in compliance with AS1158.3.1 category lighting requirements
- Compliance with AS4282 obtrusive lighting requirement
- Design of sub-mains to switchboards or equipment provided by other trades including hydraulic, fire and mechanical services
- Design of MATV and AV system
- BCA (Section J6) ESD requirements and certification
Communications - Liaison with NBN for installation of site supply
- Design of internal NBN cable pathway infrastructure to enable telecommunications supply at new dwellings
